Effective from 21 March 2026

What happens when you delete your account

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted within 30 days:

• Your account profile (email, username, credentials)
• Your favourite stations
• Your price submission history
• Your reputation score and events
• Your premium subscription status

The following data will be anonymised (not deleted) to maintain data integrity:

• Price reports you submitted - your user ID will be removed, but the price data remains as anonymous community contributions

How to delete your account

Option 1: In the app

Open Servo Scout, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm before your account is permanently deleted.

Option 2: Email request

Send an email to hello@servoscout.com.au with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your Servo Scout account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Important notes

• Account deletion is irreversible. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered.
• If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it before requesting deletion to avoid further charges.
• You may continue using Servo Scout without an account. The map, FuelWatch prices, and station information remain accessible to all users.
